AeroPulse has been a leading supplier to the asphalt industry for over 35 years. We have designed and installed over 200 baghouses on hot mix applications, some of which are still in operation after 35 years. This installed base provides us with extensive data on long term performance on these applications.

When a baghouse can’t handle the required airflow, it directly affects your productivity. Because of the use of smaller bags there is more open area between the bags. This open area allows the AeroPulse Collector to work at higher air to cloth ratio of 6 to 1. Most collectors in the asphalt industry operate at 5.5 to 1 or 5.0 to 1.

Because we can operate at a higher ratio, it reduces the initial cost of the unit. But more importantly, it reduces the bag replacement costs over the years.
